Download our app through the iOS or Play store. Once you've created your account and listed the app, you are ready to place your first order. Specify the number of laundry bags you will be sending and listing any special items are used, then proceed to select your items; you will select your pickup and delivery dates and times.

Pickup

Before your pickup time, place your laundry into any type of disposable bag, such as a garbage bag. If you will not be at home for the pickup, feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor, or on your driveway, or anywhere else easily accessible to the driver. Please include this information in your order details.

Clean

Once your laundry has been picked up, it will be brought to one of our state-of-the-art facilities for processing. This ensures your clothes are never mixed with other orders and are processed by laundry professionals only. Our laundry professionals will always separate whites and dark colors. Once clean, your clothes will be folded and packaged for delivery.

Deliver

You will receive push notifications from our app when your order is on the way, and you will continue to be able to track your delivery driver in real time. When your order arrives, they will contact you to help deliver your laundry.
