Darks, lights, and delicates are separated before washing, the same way you’d sort a load at home, just without standing over the machine.
Washed at the right temperature
Cold for delicates and darks, warm or hot for towels, sheets, and heavily soiled items, so nothing shrinks or fades that shouldn’t.
Folded by hand
No machine-folding shortcuts. Shirts, pants, and linens are folded and stacked the way you’d want to find them in a drawer.
Bagged and labeled
Your order comes back in a clean, labeled bag so recurring customers can tell their loads apart at a glance.

Note anything specific when you schedule, like a stain to watch for, an item to hang instead of fold, or a fragrance-free detergent request.

No. Leave your bag at the door during your scheduled window, and we’ll leave your finished order in the same spot on delivery day.
Any bag or hamper works for pickup. If you don’t have one, let us know when you schedule and we can bring one for your first order.
Yes. Recurring pickup days can be adjusted, paused, or skipped. Just call ahead of your scheduled window.
Yes. Dry cleaning can go out on the same pickup as your regular wash and fold, so you’re not scheduling two separate visits. See our Dry Cleaning page for details.
Standard wash and fold orders are ready within 48 hours of pickup. Dry cleaning may take a bit longer, and we’ll confirm the exact timeline when you book.
Yes. Weekly or biweekly recurring pickups can be set up so laundry runs on autopilot, and recurring service comes with a discount off the standard rate.
