Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yuncleaners.com (the “Site”) and the laundry pickup, delivery, and dry cleaning services (“Services”) offered by Yun Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or scheduling a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Our Services

Yun Cleaners provides wash & fold laundry, dry cleaning, and pickup & delivery services within our current service area: Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, and Roswell, GA. Service availability at a specific address is not guaranteed and may be confirmed by phone.

Scheduling & Pickup

Orders may be scheduled by phone. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup information, including address and access instructions. Orders left for contactless pickup are collected in good faith based on the information you provide; we are not responsible for items not made available at the agreed pickup time and location.

Pricing & Payment

Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change without notice for future orders. Wash & fold orders are billed by actual weight, subject to our stated order minimum. A flat pickup & delivery fee applies per order as listed on our Pricing page. Dry cleaning and bulky items are priced separately as described on our Site or confirmed by phone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup by contacting us ahead of your scheduled window. Recurring pickups may be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time without penalty, consistent with the terms described on our Site.

Care of Items

We take reasonable care in sorting, cleaning, and handling all items. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, non-colorfast fabrics, items left in pockets, or items not suitable for standard cleaning processes. Please inform us of any special handling instructions when you schedule your order. Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to the reasonable cleaning value of that item.

Special Instructions

We will make reasonable efforts to follow special instructions provided at scheduling (e.g., detergent preferences, stain treatment requests). We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as full stain removal, particularly for older or set-in stains.

Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Yun Cleaners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
